About the role

  • Monitor our data platform: Continuously oversee and validate data workflows and data platform operations
  • Work with our core dataset: Take ownership of our central database with over 50,000 IT solutions
  • Hands-on stakeholder support: Support internal and external stakeholders by resolving data platform-related queries
  • Solve operational issues: Prioritize operational issues and provide responses in an efficient, hands-on and timely manner
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify data and process improvement opportunities between Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams
  • Strategic data expansion: Design, configure and integrate new data sources into our data platform

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable field
  • >1 years of relevant professional experience in Data, Operations, Solutions Engineering, IT, Enterprise Software, or a comparable role
  • Fluent German and English (both required)
  • Outstanding process-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to challenge the status quo
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Hands-on mentality with technical systems and backend tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high ownership and proactive attitude
  • High ownership with motivation to deliver excellent outcomes
  • Nice to have: Experience working with AI-driven software
