About the role

  • Monitor our data platform: Continuously oversee and validate data workflows and operations to ensure data quality
  • Work with our core dataset: Take ownership of our central database and ensure high data quality
  • Hands-on stakeholder support: Resolve data platform-related queries through backend systems
  • Solve operational issues: Prioritize operational issues and provide efficient responses
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify data and process improvement opportunities between teams
  • Strategic data expansion: Design, configure and integrate new data sources into our data platform

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable field
  • >1 years of relevant professional experience in Data, Operations, Solutions Engineering, IT, Enterprise Software, or comparable role
  • Fluent in German and English (both required)
  • Outstanding process-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo
  • Hands-on mentality and comfort working close to technical systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
  • High ownership with a sense of relevance and prioritization in your work
