About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead ERP implementation projects end-to-end — from kick-off to go-live
- Analyze and optimize processes in logistics, production or finance
- Structure requirements, develop specifications and coordinate them with development and customers
- Manage multiple IT/ERP projects in parallel, including schedule, budget and quality
- Facilitate workshops, provide training and present results to different target groups
- Contribute expertise to internal digitalization projects
- Work closely with development, management and customers
- Occasional, planned travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in IT project management or IT consulting
- Knowledge of business processes, e.g. in production, logistics or finance
- Understanding of technical topics such as interfaces, data flows or APIs
- Structured and reliable working style with a clear focus on schedule, budget and quality
- Confident facilitation skills, clear communication and a convincing presence both internally and externally
- Willingness to undertake occasional, planned travel within the DACH region
