Front-end Software Engineer, React

• You will be responsible for designing, building, serving, and monitoring cloud-based microservice architectures as a vital member of a high-performing cross-functional team and a community of Backend Engineers.
• Your work will involve leveraging a cutting-edge technology stack that includes Scala, Rust, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, Couchbase, Postgres, Docker, and more.
• You will take ownership of the entire development cycle, from architecture design through implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of our products.
• Close collaboration with Product and Service Delivery Teams, as well as your colleagues in an agile environment, will be essential.

Back-end Software Engineer, Java – willing to learn Scala/Rust

Ecommerce

• Serve as the "connective tissue" between client’s business stakeholders and engineering team
• Involve in delivery of a white-label B2B e-commerce platform for a leading US-based company in the promotional products industry
• Work on high-complexity Brownfield modernization program that integrates with multiple legacy systems (ERP, inventory, pricing) and global marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart
• Ensure seamless coordination between business intent and technical execution
• Enjoy solving complex technical problems across multiple domains and improving entire systems

Business Analyst – E-Commerce Platform

• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers (3–6 engineers), setting technical direction and ensuring consistent delivery quality
• Own sprint planning, backlog refinement, and capacity management in Jira in close coordination with the client's Product and Delivery teams
• Drive architectural decisions across core backend services: Identity & Auth, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Catalog, and Notifications
• Define and enforce engineering standards: code reviews, branching strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and testing coverage (xUnit, BDD/Reqnroll)
• Partner with the client's Project Manager and architects to align technical scope with POC, MVP, and full-launch phase boundaries
• Coordinate with the Shopify/Hydrogen front-end team and third-party vendors to ensure clean API contracts and integration points
• Navigate brownfield complexity — assess existing legacy systems, support migration planning, and ensure backward compatibility where required
• Proactively identify, surface, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Participate in client-facing stand-ups, sprint reviews, and technical design sessions
• Ensure environment parity and observability across Dev, QA, Integration, Staging, and Production (AWS-hosted)

• Act as the independent quality authority across all externally developed applications and systems
• Validate all vendor-delivered features before release: functional, regression, and integration testing
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements — not just technical specs
• Identify gaps vendors may overlook or under-test
• Define and implement a QA strategy across all systems
• Establish test plans, acceptance criteria frameworks, and release readiness checklists
• Introduce automation where appropriate (without overengineering)

Lead QA Engineer

Data Engineer

• Define and maintain the end-to-end application and data architecture
• Establish standards for system design, integration patterns (APIs, middleware, eventing), and data models
• Ensure scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
• Act as the technical lead across all external development partners
• Review and approve solution designs, code architecture, and technical approaches
• Challenge vendors where needed — no rubber stamping
• Ensure delivery aligns with architectural standards and business outcomes
• Define and oversee data architecture, governance, and quality standards
• Manage integration across systems (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, etc.)
• Ensure data is usable, reliable, and decision-ready
• Partner with leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and system requirements

Application & Data Architect

• Lead frontend/UI development while remaining deeply hands-on in coding and implementation.
• Make framework and tooling decisions and guide technical direction.
• Build full-stack web applications end-to-end:
• Frontend + UX design and implementation
• Application logic and workflows
• Basic backend/database integration when needed
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate problems into working solutions with a product mindset.
• Drive technical recommendations and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

Senior UI/UX Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Build and iterate on prototypes, internal tools, and engineering solutions
• Use AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements, testing automation, and code quality initiatives
