About the role

  • Team Coordinator responsible for the operational management of a team delivering and maintaining a Kubernetes (K8S) platform for a key client – a Managed Service Provider in Western Europe.
  • Lead the team’s day-to-day operations, balancing platform development and maintenance tasks. Act as the primary escalation point for client teams regarding platform-related topics. Coordinate workload across incident/ticket resolution (via ServiceNow), platform lifecycle management (LCM), and feature development.
  • Manage priorities and resource allocation in alignment with client stakeholders (Product Owners, architects, business).
  • Drive the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of team processes for both development and operations.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to both the client organization and internal leadership.
  • Promote the team’s achievements and ensure visibility of its impact within the client organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT service management, DevOps, SysOps or related roles (cloud environments welcome)
  • Solid understanding of ITIL and SDLC frameworks; Kubernetes and containerization familiarity
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to coordinate between internal/external stakeholders and a technical team
  • Experience with incident/ticket resolution and platform lifecycle management (ServiceNow familiarity a plus)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
