Requirements

What you’ll need
  • US Citizen / authorized to work in the US
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with at least ten (10) years of progressive experience; OR twenty (20) years of experience directly related to fire response
  • Recent USFS experience supporting Congressional Large Fire Review Reports
  • Recent USFS experience supporting National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) initiatives
  • Recent USFS experience supporting Wildland Fire Workforce Assessment and Planning
  • Recent USFS experience supporting Firefighter Separation Analysis
  • Recent USFS experience supporting annual 1039 extension requests
  • Recent USFS experience supporting OPM policy initiatives
  • Recent USFS experience supporting FAM organizational restructuring
  • Recent USFS experience supporting Human Resources and FAM systems integration
  • Recent USFS experience supporting executive operations and headquarters standardization initiatives
  • Exceptional executive communication skills
