About the role
- Research and identify potential prospects using online tools, databases, and market research.
- Generate leads through cold calling, outbound emails, and follow-up campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and lead status in CRM systems.

Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales.
- Hands-on experience with email outreach and campaign tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Experience in B2B lead generation preferred.
- Knowledge of sales funnels and prospect qualification methods.
- Basic understanding of marketing automation tools.
