About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze feature requirements and proactively participate in planning sessions;
Prepare test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans);
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications (Android/iOS), and PWAs;
Actively participate in feature acceptance processes before releases;
Maintain and update the test base in TestRail;
Participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily, grooming, retro, planning);
Communicate with developers, designers, and the PO regarding identified issues;
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and internal standards;

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Solid experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Xray, Zephyr)
Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Knowledge of browser dev tools, network analysis, and debugging techniques
Proficiency in defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., gambling, banking, health tech)
Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to quality
Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android)
Good spoken and written English communication skills (B2+ or higher)
Russian – native-level proficiency.
