About the role

  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features with a focus on product-led revenue.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and support the definition of packaging and pricing for SaaS solutions.
  • Monitor SaaS metrics and customer feedback to measure the impact of initiatives, drive continuous improvements, and structure efforts focused on organization, efficiency, and measurable results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Enablement to ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement, and lead internal training and enablement materials for new products.
  • Track the product journey to identify growth levers and expansion opportunities. Explore and apply concepts of Artificial Intelligence in product and product marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategies and no-touch/self-service strategies in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience with pricing and packaging of digital products.
  • Experience in market and competitor analysis.
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in international projects across LATAM (intermediate Spanish).
