Hold meetings with construction companies across Brazil, presenting the solution in a consultative manner.
Prospect new leads and opportunities using multichannel approaches (social selling, cold calls, e-mails, AI, etc.).
Manage the pipeline, monitor metrics, and ensure predictable results.
Lead negotiations and close deals with a focus on monthly targets.
Oversee the initial post-sale phase, ensuring a positive experience during the first months.
Possess a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, including prospecting and closing deals.
Experience with structured consultative sales processes, applying methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, GPCTBA, MEDDIC, or others.
Strong direct communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive or HubSpot is a plus).
Availability for occasional travel.
Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
Preferred:
Degree in Civil Engineering or previous experience in the construction industry.
