About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively participate in the training process for new market instructors, promoting technical and methodological alignment;
  • Prepare teaching materials under the guidance of the technical and pedagogical team, such as exercise workbooks, presentations (PPT), and other resources;
  • Develop evaluation questionnaires under guidance, aligned with the delivered content;
  • Create manuals and user guides using accessible language and focusing on the target audience's experience;
  • Prepare and organize data and scenarios in training environments, ensuring realistic simulation of system functionalities;
  • Deliver training to end users, ensuring comprehension and practical application of the content;
  • Serve as a point of support during the post-training period, providing continuous guidance and assisted follow-up to reinforce learning.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Communication and teaching skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Law degree or currently in the final semester of a Law program;
  • Prior experience in user training or user development;
  • Familiarity with instructional materials is a plus;
  • Availability to travel.
