About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide assistance to the IT support/sustainment team;
Provide customer support;
Provide users with guidance to resolve low-complexity questions and/or issues;
Escalate user questions regarding system usage when a ticket requires further evaluation from the perspective of business rules, configurations, or application behavior;
Ensure detailed recording of tickets, including an accurate description of the request, classification of criticality level, systems involved, and type of service;
Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Law, Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent fields;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to create reports and presentations;
Experience in customer service;
Ease interacting with teams both in person and remotely;
Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
