About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute CRM management activities using the HubSpot platform;
- Maintain the health and optimization of the CRM database (fields, properties, workflows, etc.);
- Act as the interface with the data, sales, and marketing teams to carry out initiatives;
- Implement marketing and sales automations in HubSpot (email and WhatsApp campaigns) aimed at increasing lead nurturing and conversion into opportunities for the sales team;
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field;
- Experience with Inbound Marketing, metrics, and data analysis;
- Experience with HubSpot;
- Analytical and strategic skills related to marketing environments, business, and processes;
- Willingness to devise creative and unconventional solutions to problems;
- Experience working with various artificial intelligence tools to optimize workflows;
- Organized, committed, and proactive.
