About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, evolve, and maintain applications with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
Ensure code maintainability and quality by applying development and architectural best practices.
Actively collaborate in planning, specification, and technical definition of solution enhancements and maintenance.
Participate in estimates, impact analyses, and effort validation for system evolution and support.
Work with a focus on solution sustainability, considering performance, security, and operational cost.
Co-own the quality of the delivered product by participating in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvements.
Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed systems.
Document technical analyses and architectural decisions, justifying technological choices in new releases and delivered improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in Full Stack development using Java 8+ , JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL, with Spring Boot and React.
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining architectures and integrations, including REST and SOAP services, applying best practices such as Clean Code, TDD, DDD, and BDD.
Strong focus on software quality, with experience in unit, end-to-end (E2E), and performance testing (JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, JMeter, K6).
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices using Git, Docker, Maven/Gradle, GitLab CI, and Kubernetes, contributing to automation and environment stability.
