About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the clients that make up the contract management group, ensuring clear and strategic communication;
- Monitor and support clients with their requests and needs, providing necessary guidance to internal teams;
- Develop close relationships with the client portfolio, delivering a consultative, best-in-class experience;
- Work proactively and decisively, anticipating client needs, risks and opportunities;
- Prepare and present strategic reports, tracking KPIs, results and action plans;
- Promote synergy between clients and internal departments, facilitating problem resolution and operational alignment;
- Communicate strategic outcomes and support value generation for clients;
- Identify commercial opportunities and support initiatives to expand and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, IT, Business Administration, Law, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Experience in relationships with public sector organizations;
- Experience in Customer Success and Customer Experience;
- Knowledge of methodologies and ITIL;
- Knowledge and experience with AI;
- Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (six days on, one day off)
