About the role

  • Develop, evolve, and maintain applications with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Ensure code maintainability and quality by applying development and architectural best practices.
  • Actively collaborate in the planning, specification, and technical definition of enhancements and maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in estimates, impact analyses, and effort validation for system evolution and support.
  • Work with a focus on solution sustainability, taking into account performance, security, and operational cost.
  • Share responsibility for the quality of the delivered product by participating in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed systems.
  • Document technical analyses and architectural decisions, justifying technology choices for new releases and improvements delivered.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Full Stack development using Java 8 or later, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL, with Spring Boot and React.
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining architectures and integrations, including REST and SOAP services, applying best practices such as Clean Code, TDD, DDD, and BDD.
  • Strong focus on software quality, with experience in unit, end-to-end (E2E), and performance testing (JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, JMeter, K6).
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, using Git, Docker, Maven/Gradle, GitLab CI, and Kubernetes, contributing to automation and environment stability.
