Requirements
- Experience in customer support and customer success processes
- Investigative mindset
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases
- Currently enrolled in or holding a degree in Administration, Law, Systems Analysis and Development, Technology, or related fields
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts
