About the role

  • Work directly with public contracts, performing analysis of new contracts and all associated documentation.
  • Support public contract renewals/re-contracting, ensuring legal compliance, deadlines, and contractual conformity.
  • Analyze and negotiate contract adjustments, including drafting technical and legal justifications.
  • Review client agreements and internal contracts, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations.
  • Support the organization, control, and monitoring of contract processes and documentation.
  • Act in compliance with Law No. 14.133/2021 and other public procurement regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Mandatory experience with public contracts.
  • Experience in Administrative Law, especially in public procurement.
  • Knowledge of Law No. 14.133/2021, public procurement (bidding) and administrative contracts.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with clarity in preparing analyses and records.
  • Comfortable handling calculations, deadlines, and logical reasoning.
  • Differentials
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Intermediate Spanish
