About the role

  • Act proactively in the product evolution, investigating rules, regulations, legislation and best practices directly with users, specialists and reliable sources;
  • Understand and translate financial operations (loans and financing for the public sector) into clear, actionable requirements for the technical team;
  • Elicit, document and detail complex business requirements, including business rules, user stories and acceptance criteria;
  • Ensure regulatory, contractual and operational compliance in system changes and enhancements;
  • Lead meetings with users, business areas, technical teams and partners, removing blockers and aligning expectations;
  • Act as a communication facilitator between the business and technology teams;
  • Perform data analysis and validation on databases, using SQL for checks, diagnostics and to support decision-making;
  • Maintain a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Public Management, Finance, Information Systems or related fields;
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, working on business rules analysis, requirements gathering and supporting the evolution of software products;
  • Knowledge of the public-financial domain, especially credit operations, financing, bank loans to the public sector or governmental financial management;
  • Practical knowledge of SQL, with the ability to run queries for analysis, validation and data verification in relational databases;
  • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts.
  • Differentials / Nice to have:
  • Experience or familiarity with public sector loans and financing, including reporting, controls, timelines and requirements with national banks;
  • Experience interpreting regulations, contracts and operational manuals and translating complex rules into clear system requirements;
  • Previous work in financial, accounting or budgetary processes, especially related to execution and monitoring of public funds;
  • Participation in the development of regulatory or financial systems, with a focus on traceability, data consistency and compliance.
