About the role

  • Manage and curate learning paths on the HUB (LMS), ensuring relevance and continual updates.
  • Design and revamp the onboarding process to make it more interactive and automated, aligned with an AI-First approach.
  • Develop strategies to automate processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of immersive experiences, gamification and dashboards, ensuring visibility of key metrics.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of organizational human development initiatives, talent management and a learning culture.
  • Conduct diagnostics and propose customized solutions for different business units.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company culture and strategic objectives.
  • Support initiatives related to artificial intelligence applied to learning, using tools to optimize content.

Requirements

  • Ongoing or completed degree in Administration, Education or a related field.
  • Experience in Training & Development in complex environments.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and content curation.
  • Familiarity with process automation and digital tools.
  • Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to learning.
  • Nice to have:
  • Certifications in Training & Development, Learning Experience Design or People Analytics.
  • Experience with gamification and innovative methodologies.
  • Participation in or creation of diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Knowledge of dashboards and data analysis (BI).
