About the role

  • Develop data integration solutions between different systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability in information flow;
  • Contribute to architectural definition and to the management of integration and data communication projects;
  • Work closely with the technical team to analyze issues, troubleshoot and continuously improve integrations;
  • Provide technical integration consulting to clients, supporting solutions from conception through implementation;
  • Deliver level 2 technical support, carrying out investigations, analyses and participating in meetings with internal and external clients;
  • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can transform processes, experiences and outcomes;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields;
  • Knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL;
  • Knowledge of Python/JavaScript or other programming languages;
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs;
  • Logical reasoning and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with ticketing/support platforms;
  • Familiarity with the Apache NiFi middleware.
