About the role

  • Contract Management: review and approve contracts and amendments, record them in the ERP (Oracle, Superlógica) and maintain contract records (adjustments, cancellations);
  • Billing: issue and send invoices and boletos (Brazilian payment slips), reconcile revenue and monitor billing KPIs;
  • Internal and External Support: provide support to Sales, Customer Success (CS) and clients, ensuring clear and timely responses;
  • Systems Integration: work across multiple systems (ERP, BI, automations) and support continuous improvement initiatives using AI and digital processes;
  • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and outcomes.

Requirements

  • ERP and Financial Tools: proficiency with Oracle, Superlógica and electronic invoicing systems;
  • Intermediate Excel and BI: data manipulation, dashboard creation and strategic analyses (Power BI is a plus);
  • Data Management: ability to interpret metrics and generate insights for strategic decision-making;
  • Strategic Thinking: a perspective beyond daily operations, seeking efficiency and improvement opportunities;
  • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts.
