About the role
- Management of accounts below EBITDA. Ensure accuracy, coherence and traceability of operating accounts (Opex), including administrative and commercial expenses and indirect costs, ensuring accounting and managerial compliance.
- Performance analysis and explanation of variances. Calculate monthly actual vs. budget and vs. forecast variances, identify causes, propose corrective actions and lead critical expense analyses to drive efficiency and cost rationalization.
- Financial consolidation and reconciliations. Reconcile operational cash flow with the management P&L (DRE) and the balance sheet; ensure consistency of the financial statements and support internal and external audits with organized, reliable documentation.
- Development of indicators and executive reports. Build and maintain financial KPIs (Opex, margin, productivity, etc.) and prepare executive materials for the board, CFO and COMEX, converting complex data into clear, decision-ready insights.
- Financial planning and strategic initiatives. Participate in Budget and Forecast processes defining assumptions and scenarios; engage in turnaround initiatives, cost-model reviews and margin restoration; work integrated with Accounting, Procurement and Operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
- Experience in FP&A, Controllership or Corporate Finance, with focus on accounts below EBITDA.
- Strong command of management P&L (DRE), budgeting, forecasting and reconciliations between P&L × cash flow × balance sheet.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, financial modeling) and experience with BI tools (Power BI).
- Knowledge of financial practices using AI and ability to present use cases.
- Experience in efficiency analysis, cost rationalization and margin optimization.
- Experience in turnaround, performance improvement, due diligence or financial PMO.
- Differentials: modern FP&A (driver-based planning, rolling forecast), cost modeling, financial certifications or Lean/Six Sigma, experience in technology/SaaS or government projects.
