About the role
- Act as an evangelist for AI adoption, encouraging the day‑to‑day use of AI tools (generative AI, agents, etc.) among developers, product teams and other stakeholders.
- Serve as a bridge between AI and Engineering: translate concepts such as RAG, LLMs and MCP into practical applications within the platform and products.
- Coach and develop the team: actively promote the professional growth of team members through direct, continuous feedback and development plans.
- Manage backlog and deliveries: collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure efficient prioritization and execution of tasks.
- Ensure software quality and evolution: monitor metrics and performance indicators and use data to drive decisions.
Requirements
- Strong conceptual knowledge of LLMs, RAG, MCP and autonomous agents, with the ability to contextualize these technologies at both practical and executive levels.
- Prior experience as a Coordinator, Tech Lead or in a similar role within software development teams.
- Experience managing indicators and performance metrics for high‑performing technical teams.
- Excellent ability to delegate, communicate clearly and ensure alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience managing organizational change and leading teams through transition periods.
- Strong conflict‑resolution skills and a focus on maintaining a healthy team environment.
- You will stand out if you have:
- Knowledge of generative AI pipelines (ingestion, vectorization, prompt engineering, dynamic context)
- Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams that include developers, data engineers and AI specialists.
