About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and optimize business operations to support the company's strategic objectives
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Generate and maintain regular reports on key business metrics
- Support project management activities, including tracking progress and identifying issues
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures
- Ensure business operations comply with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the Talent team in the hiring and recruitment process
- Must be available for on-call duty during peak periods
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required, degree in STEM is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations or data analysis
- Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus
- Experience within the STEM field is required
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred, must be willing to complete certification within first 90 days of employment
- Basic understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Excel experience is required
- SQL experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- Eager to learn and grow within the company
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
