About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and optimize business operations to support the company's strategic objectives
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
Generate and maintain regular reports on key business metrics
Support project management activities, including tracking progress and identifying issues
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends
Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures
Ensure business operations comply with industry regulations and company policies
Collaborate with the Talent team in the hiring and recruitment process
Must be available for on-call duty during peak periods
Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required, degree in STEM is preferred
1-3 years of experience in business operations or data analysis
Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus
Experience within the STEM field is required
Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred, must be willing to complete certification within first 90 days of employment
Basic understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations is desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Excel experience is required
SQL experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
Eager to learn and grow within the company
Team player with a collaborative attitude
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
