Key responsibilities & impact

In the position of Sr Software Engineer I at Softheon, you'll lead significant aspects of our software development efforts.
Design, develop, and refine solutions that advance our healthcare technology offerings.
Influence the direction of our products and mentor junior engineers.
Shape the technical future of Softheon while delivering impactful software solutions.
Must be available for on-call duty during peak periods, providing support outside of regular working hours as needed.
Attend in-person meetings at headquarters approximately 2 times per year (in addition to other travel requirements if applicable).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
4-6 years of related experience is required.
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor others.
Certifications Required (or to be obtained within 90 days of starting employment): AZ-900, AI-900.
Demonstrated expertise in .NET.
Strong communication skills.
Capable of managing senior relationships and influencing others.
Broad knowledge of software engineering principles.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to devise solutions based on limited information and adapt existing methods to meet new challenges.

For this position we offer a base pay of $135,000-$150,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
