About the role
- Remote position for HubSpot Sales Engineer & Revenue Operations Architect at Softgic S.A.S.
- Mission: digital and cognitive transformation; deliver quality products and services and promote continuous improvement.
- Build and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, custom objects, dashboards, and automations.
- Ensure seamless handoffs across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Investor Relations.
- Build revenue attribution models, forecasting tools, and performance scorecards.
- Use SQL, Python, and BI tools to extract and analyze HubSpot and sales data.
- Develop HubSpot-hosted pages, forms, and portals connecting to CRM workflows; customize website and landing pages.
- Connect HubSpot with third-party systems (Juniper Square, Outlook, Teams, Dynamics, Power BI, Zapier/Make, custom APIs).
- Own API integration strategy to unify data across platforms and leverage AI for lead scoring and workflow optimization.
- Build scalable automations and partner with leadership to design scalable processes; act as technical and strategic owner of RevOps infrastructure.
Requirements
- You are proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub, pipeline management, AI workflows, and Zapier.
- English - Native or fully fluent.
- Spanish - Conversational.
- Deep experience configuring HubSpot CRM, CMS, custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong technical skills: Python (automation, ETL, AI workflows).
- SQL (data querying and structuring for analytics).
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS (HubSpot CMS and page customization).
- APIs (building and managing integrations).
- Experience in forecasting, revenue attribution, and BI reporting.
- Familiarity with HubSpot AI, prompt engineering, and external AI APIs.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and GTM alignment.
- Builder mentality: ability to engineer HubSpot as a growth engine, not just manage it.
- Nice to Have: Experience with Juniper Square, Microsoft Dynamics, or Power BI.
- Background in financial services, real estate, or capital markets.
- Previous role in analytics-driven RevOps leadership.
