About the role

  • Design and build landing pages, product pages, and complete funnels in Framer based on copy, wireframes, or references.
  • Create and maintain a reusable component system in Framer to optimize development speed.
  • Implement variations for A/B testing (headlines, layouts, sections, entire blocks).
  • Ensure all pages are responsive, fast, and stable on desktop and mobile.
  • Integrate Framer with marketing stack tools: HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel.
  • Connect forms and events for tracking and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the CMO, creative team, and product to turn complex concepts into clear web experiences.
  • Keep the Framer workspace organized (components, libraries, versions).
  • Quickly identify and fix visual or functional bugs.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in web or frontend development.
  • Demonstrable experience working with Framer (building complete sites or landing pages).
  • Advanced proficiency in:
  • Component management in Framer
  • Framer CMS
  • Animations
  • Overrides
  • Solid knowledge of:
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • Basic JavaScript
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel.
  • Experience integrating marketing tools such as HubSpot.
  • Strong attention to visual detail and user experience.
  • Conversion- and performance-oriented mindset.
