About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will work in a development team focused on our digitalization and document management solution
You will work closely with Product Management and Solution Consultants to implement changes and features according to customer requirements and our product vision
Continuous development and modernization of our DMS, supporting all stages of the development lifecycle
Close collaboration with Product Management and Solution Consultants to deliver new features aligned with customer needs and strategic planning
Evaluation and selection of new technologies
Knowledge sharing and mentoring/support for less experienced colleagues
Participation in recruiting future team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional competence and experience in backend development, e.g., Java, Go
Experience with HTML/CSS, React/Vue/Angular, Azure DevOps (MS DevOps), Git, Maven, MS SQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL
Experience with Windows Server, AD/LDAP, Linux, ISO 9001 QMS, QA and testing, Docker/Kubernetes; Keycloak is a plus
You enjoy working independently and are a team player
Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills
