About the role
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, and other relevant channels
- Conduct direct outreach and first-touch candidate engagement
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Collaborate closely with the People team to understand role requirements and target profiles
- Track outreach activities and candidate responses in our ATS / shared tools
- Provide feedback on talent market insights and sourcing effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter with a strong sourcing focus
- Solid background in the gaming industry particularly in casual games
- Demonstrated success in direct outreach and passive candidate engagement
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and familiarity with creative / tech gaming profiles
- Comfortable working independently in a freelance setup, while collaborating closely with an internal team
