Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic Alignment: Ensure the technical team understands and works in alignment with business requirements.
Roadmap Management: Define and prioritize tasks for the squad, taking strategic objectives into account.
Discovery: Conduct continuous discovery to identify the best solutions for presented problems and propose new product evolution opportunities.
Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders regarding priorities and objectives.
User Behavior Data: Monitor how users interact with the product features that are the team’s responsibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Product Experience: Previous experience in product management.
Effective Communication: Ability to engage with diverse areas (stakeholders, engineering, design, and executives).
Analysis and Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex scenarios, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
Customer Interaction: Strong client-facing communication skills for customer support and alignment.
Data-driven: Ability to prioritize the roadmap and make decisions based on data.
Agile and Lean Culture: Knowledge and practice of agile methodologies and continuous delivery.
Proactivity and Organization: Proactive in solving complex problems and organized in managing simultaneous tasks.
Use of AI: Ability to use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate and complement deliveries (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude/Claude Code, Lovable).
