About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on the implementation of the SoftExpert Suite for clients across various industries;
Elicit, analyze, and map business and governance processes;
Support initiatives related to risk management, compliance, and internal controls;
Configure workflows, indicators (KPIs), and automations on the platform;
Facilitate workshops, deliver training, and provide implementation follow-up;
Support the institutionalization and adoption of the solution with clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with software implementation projects, especially BPM;
Databases (SQL);
Integrations (REST, SOAP, and APIs);
Process mapping and automation (BPM);
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Economics, or related fields;
Languages: English and/or Spanish
