About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create new business opportunities through direct prospecting, identifying potential clients and prospects aligned with SoftExpert's product portfolio;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and closing;
  • Negotiate proposals, contracts and renewals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction;
  • Keep sales forecasts and stages (from lead to opportunity) always updated in the CRM;
  • Deliver persuasive solution presentations;
  • Provide product requirement feedback to product development;
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product and service knowledge;
  • Travel within the assigned territory;
  • Identify and demonstrate competitive advantages that differentiate us from market competitors;
  • Lead initiatives that generate business for SoftExpert.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience selling IT products or services;
  • Reside in Curitiba or the metropolitan area;
  • Own a personal vehicle and hold a Category B driver's license;
  • Solid experience in IT sales;
  • Experience selling solutions for management excellence, quality, business process improvement, regulatory compliance and corporate governance (BPM, ECM, BSC, PPM, GRC, QMS, EHSM, ITSM, etc.);
  • Assertive communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with audiences at any organizational level;
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills;
  • Persistence and ability to work independently;
  • Discipline, organization and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to sell value-added solutions;
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial terms;
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and CRM.
