About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create new business opportunities through direct prospecting, identifying potential clients and prospects aligned with SoftExpert's product portfolio;
- Manage the entire sales cycle through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and closing;
- Negotiate proposals, contracts and renewals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction;
- Keep sales forecasts and stages (from lead to opportunity) always updated in the CRM;
- Deliver persuasive solution presentations;
- Provide product requirement feedback to product development;
- Develop and maintain a high level of product and service knowledge;
- Travel within the assigned territory;
- Identify and demonstrate competitive advantages that differentiate us from market competitors;
- Lead initiatives that generate business for SoftExpert.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience selling IT products or services;
- Reside in Curitiba or the metropolitan area;
- Own a personal vehicle and hold a Category B driver's license;
- Solid experience in IT sales;
- Experience selling solutions for management excellence, quality, business process improvement, regulatory compliance and corporate governance (BPM, ECM, BSC, PPM, GRC, QMS, EHSM, ITSM, etc.);
- Assertive communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with audiences at any organizational level;
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills;
- Persistence and ability to work independently;
- Discipline, organization and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to sell value-added solutions;
- Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial terms;
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and CRM.
