About the role
- Register and manage users (clients/partners) in the Training environment
- Support user inquiries, registrations and provide guidance to users interested in training courses
- Provide assistance to users with questions and difficulties
- Assist with finalizing open class cohorts and enabling standalone course releases
- Attend live training sessions to provide necessary support and record the sessions
Requirements
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Languages (Letras), or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- You will stand out if you have:
- Proficiency in English or Spanish
