About the role

  • Develop and produce product marketing materials, including:
  • Product videos and tutorials.
  • Catalogs and website product descriptions.
  • Demo screens and interactive materials for sales demonstrations.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Design, Development, and Sales teams to ensure content is accurate and aligned with market needs and pain points.
  • Translate technical features into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Ensure all content aligns with SoftExpert's brand guidelines and positioning.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and customer needs to create relevant and impactful content.
  • Support the creation of sales enablement tools to help the sales team present our solutions effectively.
  • Bring creativity and new ideas to develop innovative and engaging materials.
  • Collaborate on the creation of case studies, eBooks, landing pages, and other technical materials to strengthen SoftExpert's authority in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Technical experience in industries such as manufacturing, food & beverage, healthcare, and life sciences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Basic Spanish.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical knowledge of the SoftExpert Suite.
  • Experience with enterprise management software (e.g., CRM, ERP).
  • Experience in marketing, product, or sales roles.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles to create engaging demo screens and interactive content.
