About the role
- Develop and integrate features using language model APIs such as GPT, Claude and similar
- Create and maintain data processing pipelines that feed intelligent systems
- Design and implement autonomous agents and automation workflows using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI or equivalents
- Work closely with product, engineering and business teams to identify opportunities for applying AI
- Optimize prompts, evaluate model response quality and fine-tune agent behavior
- Document architectures, solutions and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
- Strong experience in at least one of the following languages: Python, TypeScript or PHP
- Hands-on experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and best practices for using language models
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with Git and source control
- Experience with Docker containers and modern development environments
- Nice to have: Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and use of vector databases
- Experience with fine-tuning or customizing models
- Experience with monitoring, observability and metrics in AI applications
- Curious and self-driven; keeps up with the fast-evolving AI ecosystem
- Good communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Problem-solving mindset, seeking creative and efficient solutions
- Enjoys experimenting, testing hypotheses and learning quickly
