About the role
- Through telephone contacts, map and prospect new business opportunities.
- Add prospects to email marketing sequences and phone outreach.
- Log information obtained from leads in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
- Engage with leads via email, phone, social media, and other channels according to predefined profiles and scripts.
- Build and enrich contact lists or mailings for outreach, using social media research as a basis to facilitate subsequent approaches.
- Nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into qualified leads.
- Schedule visits and/or product demonstrations for the sales executives, for both existing customers and new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the sales funnel.
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Experience in consultative or complex sales is a plus.
- Spanish language proficiency at an advanced level or higher is essential.
