About the role
- Create animations, bumpers, transitions, and visual effects for videos, websites, social media, and presentations.
- Edit video footage, applying cuts, effects, transitions, music tracks, and subtitles.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, illustrators, and the marketing team.
- Ensure all visual elements comply with the brand’s visual identity.
- Adjust and optimize animations and edits based on team feedback.
- Stay up to date with trends, techniques, and innovations in motion design and video editing.
Requirements
- Proficiency in animation and editing software: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
- Knowledge of Graphic Design fundamentals: color theory, typography, and layout;
- Understanding of design for different media, such as video, web, and mobile devices;
- Ability to create transitions, bumpers, animated infographics, and other dynamic graphic elements;
- Ability to manipulate and edit video to integrate animations and visual effects;
- Knowledge of video export formats and compression for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.);
- Creativity: ability to develop innovative visual concepts that stand out;
- Attention to detail: precision in executing complex animations and graphics;
- Teamwork: strong communication and ability to collaborate with teams such as marketing, graphic design, and video production;
- Time management: ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Problem-solving: identify and resolve technical or design challenges that may arise during development.
