About the role

  • Manage projects using Agile methodologies from initiation to delivery
  • Own project scope, timelines, risks, and overall delivery
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and blockers, and ensure timely resolution
  • Manage and engage stakeholders, aligning expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, providing guidance and resolving challenges
  • Prepare regular status updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong practical experience with Agile methodologies
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Solid experience in scope, timeline, and risk management
  • Experience in people management
  • Strong progress monitoring and reporting skills
  • English level C1 or higher
  • Experience as a Business Analyst is a plus
  • Technical background or prior technical career is a plus
  • Certifications or courses related to AI / ML is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with AI / ML projects and understanding of their specifics is a plus
  • Data visualization skills: creating mockups, wireframes, use-case diagrams, and prototypes is a plus
