About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Oracle/SQL, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to donation activities
- Analyze data and generate insights to support the development of fundraising and donation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
- Conduct statistical analyses, trend studies, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Present findings, recommendations, and analyses to stakeholders and partner teams
- Support process optimization through data and metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in Data Analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle/SQL
- Experience processing and analyzing large volumes of data
- Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences and departments
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience in credit unions or financial institutions
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices
- Interest in working on initiatives focused on transformation and social impact
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
