About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a focus on Analytics and Digital Products
Ability to act as a bridge between Business, Product, Data and Technology teams
Ability to translate business needs into scalable, measurable, high-impact technical solutions
Solid understanding of digital measurement strategy and experience defining and implementing it
Experience throughout the product development lifecycle, from conception to feature launch
Skill in drafting and detailing functional requirements and business rules for technical teams
Experience tracking deliveries, ensuring quality, traceability and alignment with objectives
Ability to support the continuous evolution of digital products based on data, metrics and insights
Knowledge of maintenance and optimization of web ecosystems and analytics solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
Participation in technology groups or involvement with community initiatives
Proactive, curious and analytical mindset
Attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
Strategic thinking aligned with business results
Professional maturity and flexibility
Experience identifying business problems and transforming needs into functional and technical requirements
Experience defining project scope and prioritizing the backlog, considering business, product and technology aspects
Ability to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation
Close collaboration with development teams to ensure clarity and alignment on requests
Monitoring development and deliveries to ensure adherence to requirements and business objectives
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar)
Analysis of digital data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and product evolution
Ability to discuss technical solutions with engineering teams and interface with internal systems and vendors
Experience in acceptance testing, delivery validation and incident resolution to ensure solution continuity
Ability to document processes, configurations and data governance practices
Ability to coordinate and align different stakeholders during organizational changes
