About the role
- Responsible for analyzing, developing, deploying, configuring, and operating solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet system and business needs in accordance with established guidelines and objectives;
- Work in agile environments, ensuring high quality and performance in deliveries;
- Implement scalable solutions following best practices and security standards;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions;
- Actively participate in code reviews, promoting development best practices and ensuring the maintenance of software quality;
- Contribute to the definition of system architecture and service integrations;
- Identify and resolve technical issues, proposing continuous improvements to existing processes and systems;
- Document processes and solutions developed, ensuring knowledge is shared across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
- Participation in technology groups or involvement with a community;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, constantly changing environment;
- Ability to solve complex problems and think critically about proposed solutions;
- Proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented profile;
- Energetic in proposing and applying solutions;
