About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end‑to‑end planning, production, and delivery of virtual events and webinars
Serve as producer and project manager for webinar series, partner‑led virtual events, and customer‑facing online experiences.
Build sponsorship packages for virtual programs and manage communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align event themes, content, and messaging to business outcomes.
Drive registration, attendance, and audience engagement through strategic planning and thoughtful digital experience design.
Manage all virtual event platforms and tools (e.g., Teams Live, Goto Webinar, Cisco Webex)
Develop and manage event budgets, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Create event briefing materials and lead internal pre‑event meetings to ensure all contributors are prepared for seamless execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital event production, or webinar management
Skilled at managing both large‑scale virtual events and smaller webinar programs
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
Holds a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Is an exceptional communicator, including strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and able to guide cross‑functional teams toward a common mission
