About the role
- Generate demand and build sales pipeline for security-specific solutions
- Own the executive sales cycle from discovery to close
- Lead with value/ROI by building business cases and success metrics
- Take a services lead approach to design security architectures
- Facilitate C-level conversations on security initiatives
- Partner co-sell and funding alignment with Microsoft, Cisco, and Palo Alto
- Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and weekly funnel sufficiency
- Position security platforms and complimentary solutions to reduce risk
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of demonstrated success in solutions sales focused on security platforms
- Proven track record in selling multi-vendor integrated solutions and professional services
- Proficiency with Microsoft’s security stack (Defender, Entra, Purview, XDR, Sentinel, Copilot for Security)
- Familiarity with Cisco’s Breach, Cloud, and User Protection suites
- Awareness of Palo Alto’s Network, Cloud, and SecOps product suites
- Knowledge of Sophos, Crowdstrike, Fortinet, Zscaler, SentinelOne, and other leading solutions
- Familiarity with emerging security products, services, protocols, and standards
- Ability to translate executive-level objectives into a security platform roadmap
- Proven capability in leading virtual pursuit teams
- Willingness to travel frequently within designated Sales District, up to 40%
