About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops proactive investor relations strategy in coordination with the C-Suite
- Provides support to Senior Management with investor conference calls and presentations
- Works closely with Executive team to lead investor relations and external communications
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with analysts and investors
- Participates in earnings process, collaborating with Finance, Communications, and Legal

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate investor relations, finance, or similar positions
- Bachelor’s degree; Finance or Accounting is ideal; MBA or equivalent a plus
- Deep experience leading a nationally recognized investor relations function
- Superior financial and investment analysis capabilities
- Proven track record of success building and leading high-performing investor relations programs
- Ability to establish strong relationships and credibility internally and externally
