Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement and administer sales compensation programs and plans
Partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Payroll, and sales leadership
Work with HR team to ensure appropriate legal and company compliance
Make recommendations to managers regarding base pay, variable pay plans, job descriptions
Perform job evaluations and design compensation plans by conducting research and data analysis
Prepare job descriptions, recommend compensation and salary ranges

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Math or a related area
7+ years of related experience
CCP or PHR/SPHR or other applicable industry recognized license preferred
Intermediate or higher knowledge in incentive management systems like Varicent, Xactly, or similar
Strong understanding of sales/variable compensation plan architecture
At least 2 years of experience in incentive/sales compensation systems
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Workday Compensation and HCM module experience
Experience working in enterprise-scale, multi-region, multi-SKU environments
