About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and develop strong relationships and generate significant new business growth within existing and new customers within the Belmont/Kewdale area
  • Managing of existing key accounts and the development of new accounts
  • Manage the territory in line with NAPA's Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of the strategic business plan
  • Maintaining a customer territory and maximising business opportunities and sales growth
  • Attend Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Industry Account Management experience is preferred from either of the following sectors: Commercial, Automotive or Industrial
  • Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development and territory management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results
  • Sound business acumen and numerical competency
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads
  • Outgoing nature with a positive and motivated approach who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and can work calmly under pressure
