Customer Development Manager – Industrial

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and develop strong relationships and generate significant new business growth within existing and new customers within the Belmont/Kewdale area
- Managing of existing key accounts and the development of new accounts
- Manage the territory in line with NAPA's Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of the strategic business plan
- Maintaining a customer territory and maximising business opportunities and sales growth
- Attend Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Industry Account Management experience is preferred from either of the following sectors: Commercial, Automotive or Industrial
- Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development and territory management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results
- Sound business acumen and numerical competency
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads
- Outgoing nature with a positive and motivated approach who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and can work calmly under pressure
