About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee a high volume of employee relations cases from start to finish
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints
Provide advice to managers and employees on employee relation matters
Create and implement appropriate action plans
Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops
Draft, review, and maintain accurate and confidential employee relations documentation
Work with line managers to ensure that absences are maintained within acceptable limits
Work with the local site management team to ensure the group culture and initiatives are implemented and maintained.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years’ experience with a focus on employee relations
CIPD level 5
Proven experience in handling high volume of employee relations cases
Excellent organisational skills
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in delivering large scale change management projects.
