About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designs and implements equipment and tooling for production processes
- Oversees generation and maintenance of CAD drawings for tooling and equipment design
- Provides support for design and development of new belting products
- Creates and implements process standards and specifications
- Utilizes Lean Manufacturing tools to help advance operational Continuous Improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering)
- 3 to 5 years of applicable design experience
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient use of CAD software
- Competent use of Microsoft Office suite software
