About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions
- conducts systems analysis and recommends changes in policies and procedures
- manages trouble ticket resolution for multiple applications
- provides production support of applications by troubleshooting issues
- codes programming logic for new or existing solutions software or applications
- monitors quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance
Requirements
What you’ll need- bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- three (3) to five (5) years of related experience; or equivalent combination
- consistently applies fundamental knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support
- intermediate knowledge of client/server networks
- proven ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors
- general understanding of how technology supports the business
